Refund & Returns Policy

Overview
This policy covers both the digital service (zone-builder credits and subscriptions) and physical storage goods supplied by ADDIS HOUSEWARES LIMITED. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Digital credits and subscriptions
- Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a credit has been spent to save a board, that credit is treated as delivered.
- A monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
- If a digital feature is faulty or not delivered, we will correct, replace or refund it.
Storage-goods returns
- You may return unused storage goods in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
- To start a return, email support@addishouse.shop with your order details. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
- Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Delivery
Storage goods are dispatched within the United Kingdom, typically within 2–5 working days of a confirmed order. We will email tracking or dispatch confirmation where available.
