These terms govern your use of addishouse.shop and the Addis Utility Zone Builder, operated by ADDIS HOUSEWARES LIMITED (Company No. 02881663). By using the site you agree to them.

The Addis Utility Zone Builder is a digital home-organization tool. It suggests labelled utility zones and a list of ordinary storage goods based on the answers you give. We also offer ordinary low-risk storage goods such as baskets, bins, labels and racks.

The service is organization guidance only. It does not sell regulated cleaning chemicals and does not provide professional cleaning, disinfection, installation, safety certification, or any medical, legal or engineering advice. You remain responsible for choosing and using any household product according to its own manufacturer instructions.

Digital credits and the optional subscription unlock saved boards and related features. Credits are delivered to your account once a payment provider is connected. Online checkout is currently payment provider pending; no payment is taken on this site until a provider is fully connected.

Where you order physical storage goods, a contract is formed only when we confirm your order. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery and returns are covered by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content to imply any cleaning, hygiene or safety claim that we do not make.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the guidance or goods. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
